Shipping & Returns

For chandeliers:

Our chandeliers are packed very well for safety during transportation. Depending the size of the fixture, we can either ship it by Fedex, UPS Ground or by Truck. We have very good rates with the Trucking Companies, which serve all around the United States. We ship all of our chandeliers insured and if there is any damage during shipping, we will take care of the claim process and replace the broken parts or the entire chandelier.

On all orders for chandeliers of $1000.00 or greater we offer FREE Ground shipping by FedEx or UPS Ground for delivery within the lower 48 United States. For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska a small fee is charged. For international shipments, please contact our Customer Service Department for a freight quote. A handling charge of $7.95 is added to all orders under $1000.00.

For Crystal parts:

For minimum orders we charge a flat rate of $4.49 delivery in USA & Canada, each additional prism add $0.50c

No minimum order required, you can order 1 prism.

For quantity orders and paintings, and everything else, then it is shipped per the postal rate for weight.

Damage Policy

Damage must be reported to Davidson Lighting within 10 days of delivery so that we may assist you to resolve the problem.


Defective Policy

Defective items must be reported to Davidson Lighting within 5 days and will either be replaced or you will be refunded or exchange.
Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item purchased from our online store, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Simply contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization and repackage the item in the original packaging for return to our showroom. As the customer, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Only uninstalled non-custom items, with all components and accessories, and packaged in the original packing materials and in the manufacturers labeled packaging will be accepted for return. Any items that are not in original condition will not be accepted as returned items. Drop ship items must be returned to the Five Rivers Lighting showroom or we may not be able to refund your charges. Any items returned without an RMA will not be accepted for return.
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
